    Born in 1983 and named after the founder's two children, Shelby Matthews Interiors has brought color and balance to residential homes across Fairfield County and notable corporate parks, offices and spaces, such as Union Savings Bank and the YMCA.

 

Founder, Mary Gallagher-DeLucia is a professional Interior Decorator based out of Southbury, CT. Since age 16 her reputable background includes working with the Stone Company, Ethan Allen, Henry Dick, Painter's Supply, North Street Home Center and more.

Mary is known in the area for her specialty in custom window treatments and home design with a professional yet individual look. She is passionate about distinguishing homes by blending the old with the new, and prides her service on never replicating a fabric in the same treatment for her clients. Types of service include residential and commercial decorating and/or consulting. In over 30 years of business expertise, there has never been an issue Mary couldn’t resolve.
